The VA appraiser took a gander at the house the other day. And guess what? He likes the price we are getting it for, and the condition of the property. So one more milestone down.

All that is left is signing lots of crap for the bank, and moving in. If all goes well we will be in a house in less then a month. Hurray for moving at the end of January.
