Grace is getting all of her parts put on sometime this week. Am I excited? Good god yes.

Since she isn’t getting a new swing arm (which was damaged in the wreck, but not ruined) I managed to save about $800 on repair costs. What did I do with that “spare” that was left over? Made her a bit more personal.

She is coming back with black CRG shorty levers, adjustable black Guiles rear sets, some frame sliders from LSL, a much lighter spring for her back end, and even a very nice new helmet for keeping my dome together!

I wanted to also describe a dream I had a few nights ago. It was a zen like dream from which I awoke more at peace then I have been in a great long time. I was riding motorcycles with my father, on a series of fire roads and dirt trails. It was the perfect temperature, it was right after a light rain so there wasn’t any dust, and the traction sublime. Neither one of us was working hard. Just relaxing and floating over the earth on our motorcycles.

The dream made me think that I haven’t spent enough time with my dad in my life.
